  • As our Training centre E-Learning Manager, you will design, produce, and manage our dynamic e-learning content that supports the learning and development needs of our training centre .

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To work as JCM private ABA tutor with our clients and SEN children with Austin and behavioural issues .

You  will be expected to provide private tutoring work with SEN children with  ages 6-12 years in our  activity  centre  using the Applied Behaviour Analysis ( ABA ) technique and within the community  whom has special educational needs.

You will be working as Behaviour Support Tutor, where you  work one-on-one with children and young people to deliver personalized ABA or PBS programs .

You will required when necessary to work  under the supervision of a our freelance /self-employed BCBA-certified or UK-BA Cert behavior specialist.

You will be using ABA behavioural techniques which a full training we be given to you.

To contribute to the  childcare planning of sessions and activities.

Responsible  in Delivering and recording group sessions with families and children face to face or zoom meetings .

You provide care for children with special learning needs, including helping with feeding, dressing, toileting, and nappy changing. 

You will  monitor a child's progress and  relate this back to show parents how their child is improving.

As an ABA tutors, you will monitor the effects of behaviour  changes. 

You will be expected to  create tables and graphs based on the data you  collect to show parents that their child is making progress.

Create , evaluated and design your own lessons to deliver to SEN children .

You will expected to carry out continuous assessment and set realistic targets for children .
