Jay childcare matters Ltd is a childcare provider for over 10 year and as part our new business expansion, we are extending our services into providing children’s social care services .

We are now looking for skilled trained, qualified and experienced staff to join our new children’s social care services team.

We are opening our first bespoke activity day centre in Jan 2025 for children and young people with additional needs where we will deliver educational /social activity to support their independent and development.

The role would suit individuals with a passion for helping children and an interest in mental health. They will need to keep up to date on current research and understand the needs of each patient they see. Using knowledge learnt and seeing children progress and lead happier lives can be fulfilling.

Wages: £18.00-£20.00/hr depending on experience

• To work as a chikd psychologist with private clients and local authority children at our new Actuvuty centre for children & young people.
• Comply with Professional Registration and keep up to date with current practices
• You will expected to DBS/police clearance checked cleared before commencing job role.
• Must be willing to join any the following bodies Professional bodies and associations, such as the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Association of Child Psychologists in Private Practice (AChiPPP), the  Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH), the  Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), At JCM will support and ensure this is achieve.
• Represent and work with local authorities, social work team and other relevant body.
• You will also work with our JCM fostering team agency, and childcare agency team in joint assessment .
• Researching child and adolescent behaviour attending and registered in Jcm Special education activity centre.
• Working and Consulting with patients, parents, other family members and guardians.
• Responsible to use assessment to Identifying patterns in learning and behavioural development issues.
• Responsible in Observing and assessing children’s behaviour and actions using various cognitive testing techniques.
• Using knowledge, training and expertise to understand children’s behaviours and reactions, applying it into Jcm SEN children activity centre 
• Responsible in using necessary techniques and tools to encourage children to communicate, e.g. games and drawing.
• You are expected to Staging interventions where required.
• Responsible in designing and Creating treatment plans for children /young adults and advise Jcm team accordingly.
• Solely responsible in Liaising and collaborating with other healthcare and educational professionals.
• Arrange , design and create sessions to Educating parents, guardians and other family members on how to treat or help their child.
• Responsible in designing in house Training and supervising trainees and other staff.
• At Jcm you will expected to Attending various events, such as meetings, conferences, workshops and seminars.
• Designing and Delivering child oushology , treatment plan and any relevant presentations on behalf of Jcm .
• Must adher to Keeping confidential records, e.g. progress and treatment.
• Work within the community and travelling will required to go for assessments.
• You are required to use appropriate skills and techniques to gain children’s trust, respect and confidence.
• You must be able work and use IT equipment and software competently to carry out your task.

Kidz Fun Place is a vibrant and nurturing early years setting dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 2 Early Years Childcare Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.  

 As a Level 2 Early Years Childcare Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating and safe environment where children can learn and develop through play.
